Usually don‘t care too much about building a strong economy and rather go for the military path right from the start to get krowns for kills (and food for animal kills) and attack the AI early so you don‘t stand 1vs3 in the later game The amount of food you get from wolves and bears (and bear clan bear and boar clan boar) are huge. Save as soon as the game starts and scout your surroundings I did it with wolf clan and saved and loaded a lot. I can confirm you have to do it with 1 clan only.
